- ukuvikelwa kwamalungelo wengane, kuhlanganise nokuhlukunyezwa kwabazali
- ukwakheka kobudlelwane bomuntu phakathi kwabafundisi nezingane;
- ukuhlinzeka usizo lobuchwepheshe ezinganeni kanye nemindeni yabo ukuxazulula izimpikiswano nezinkinga zomphakathi;
- ukumelela nokuvikelwa kwezintshisekelo zezingane kanye nemindeni yabo ezinsizakalweni zomphakathi ezihlukahlukene kanye nezinhlangano zomphakathi;
- inhlangano yokuvimbela ukusetshenziswa kwezinto ezisengqondweni.
Ukuze enze umsebenzi walo, uthisha wezenhlalo unelungelo:
- abe ngummeleli futhi aphakamise izithakazelo zezingane ezinsizakalweni zamagatsha kanye neziphathimandla (enkantolo, amaphoyisa);
